On-line Payments

Most of our Communities are happy to accept On-line Credit Card payments. There is a 3% cost to the Association. The intention of the online payments is to help prevent delinquency. Our hope is people who use this facility are in a difficult situation and need to pay on-line. If everyone pays on-line, you can expect your Assessments to increase by 3%.

Payments received on-line will be credited to your account two business days following your payment.
